What are your shipping options and how much do they cost?

We offer two shipping methods:

  • USPS Economy Shipping – $8

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.


 

 

Do you offer international shipping?

 

Yes. International customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and import duties.

We are not responsible for customs delays.


 

 

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

 

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After that, cancellations and changes are no longer available.


 

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and safety, all sales are final.

 

We only accept replacements for items that arrive damaged.

To request a replacement, please email photo evidence to us for review.


 

 

What items are non-returnable?

 

All sale items and earrings are final sale and non-returnable.


 

 

Do I need Route Package Protection?

 

We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout.

Without it, KAVIARINC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

How do I know my ring size?

We suggest using a ring sizer or visiting a local jeweler to determine your exact size.

Our rings are true to standard U.S. sizing. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

 

How do I care for my jewelry?

 

To maintain shine and quality:

  • Avoid direct contact with water, lotions, or perfumes.
  • Store in a dry, cool place when not in use.
  • Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Our stainless steel and 925 sterling silver pieces are made to last, but proper care will extend their beauty.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin or use during pregnancy?

 

We recommend doing a patch test before use.
