Shipping Options & Rates

• USPS Economy Shipping – $8
• UPS Standard Shipping – $10

Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.
• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Route Package Protection

• We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout.
• KAVIARINC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages without Route protection.

Customer Service

• Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
• Customer support is available Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Address Accuracy & Re-delivery

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.

International Orders

• International customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes, and import duties.
• KAVIARINC is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
• No returns or exchanges unless the item is received damaged.
• If your item is damaged, photo evidence is required for review.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items and earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
