Usps (postal service) = Economy Shipping $8

UPS = Standard Shipping $10

 

1.) Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping can take 2-5 days to arrive.

2.) Package replacements are only provided if route protection plan was purchased; KAVIARINC is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

3.) Please allow us 48 hours to reply to your message. Our customer service representatives are available from Monday through Saturday, 9:00AM to 4:00PM.

4.) Verify all your details are accurate prior to submitting your purchase. Should deliverance be denoted as "returned to sender," you will be responsible of additional shipping expenses.

5.) Customers are solely responsible for international taxes and duties. We cannot control customs hold times, and additional tariffs may apply upon delivery. KAVIARINC is not liable for custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other related charges.

6.) Cancellations must be made within 24 hours; beyond this time, we cannot issue refunds for your order.

 7.) No returns or exchanges are accepted for health and safety reasons. All sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is visible evidence of damage to the goods being returned. If an item is damaged, photo documentation is required.
